A quick run down of all of Audi's offerings for 2019, with a very abbreviated history and model name descriptions.
Audi, an upmarket competitor for Mercedes and BMW, follows a simple naming format, for the most part, employing letters and numbers.
An oil leak probably saved this RS6. leaking valve cover gasket... removed to find the cam chain tensioner guide broken off and floating in place. An expensive repair?... yes... but it could have been much.. MUCH worse. ... See more
If you've seen an article for "Non-toxic Homemade Windshield Washer Fluid" that calls for "Liquid Castile Soap" we suggest NOT using it. The oils used to make Castile soap can coat the washer fluid sensor, causing the sensor to give a false "empty" reading, resulting in the need to replace the sensor. This problem is also prevalent when using "Rain X" brand washer fluid. We recommend washer fluids that only contain water & alcohol (and blue of course)... if you aren't sure, feel free to stop by and we'd be happy to top it off for you. ... See more

If you have some, post up some of your favorites. ... See more

Well we are back from our first race of the season(and our first attempt at a 24h event). We managed 18 of the 24hrs before an unlucky race line mixed with cold tires sent our GTI off track and grazing the tire wall. The damage to the car was not severe but it was not repairable with what we had at our disposal. (broken oil cooler and broken radiator (which had just been replaced 2 laps prior because of a rock puncture). "That's racing" as they say. It was a little disheartening, but definitely gave us some much needed insight to some few short comings of the car... mainly just making it driver proof as the engine/trans setup is on point. Thanks ChampCar Endurance Series & Nelson Ledges Road Course for putting on a spectacular event. ... See more
